Every BHLI project begins with a private consultation — a deeply personal conversation between Kenneth Bordewick and the client about the property, the client's life, vision, and the possibilities the project presents. From this foundation, Kenneth develops a concept presentation covering spatial organization, architectural direction, material palette, and a bespoke furniture and art program. The design is then developed through detailed drawings, material specifications, and procurement, culminating in a supervised installation that Kenneth oversees personally.

Beverly Hills Luxury Interiors works exclusively at the ultra-luxury level. Our minimum engagement is a full principal room or suite (master bedroom, primary living room, or equivalent), though most commissions encompass the full estate. We do not undertake partial-room decorating or furniture-only procurement without a full design engagement.

Ultra-luxury interior design at the BHLI level is priced at the highest tier of the profession. Fees are structured as a combination of design fee and procurement oversight, scaled to the scope and complexity of the project. All pricing discussions are conducted in strict confidence. A full-scope estate project — covering all principal rooms, custom furnishings, architectural detailing, and wellness integration — typically requires 18 to 36 months from initial concept to final installation, depending on the scale of the project and the extent of any architectural work. Staged commissions can be structured to accommodate specific timeline requirements.
